At Viulance.com, we are dedicated to helping you succeed in your NCLEX-RN or NCLEX-PN exam through high-quality tutoring, personalized study plans, and expert support. Your satisfaction is important to us. Please take a moment to review our refund policy before purchasing any of our services.

 

Refunds

Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:

1. Technical Issues: If you encounter technical problems that prevent you from accessing purchased content or scheduled sessions, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will attempt to resolve the issue; if we are unable to do so, a refund may be issued.

2. Duplicate Payments: Refunds will be issued for verified duplicate transactions.

3. Non-Delivery of Services: If a tutoring session is canceled by Viulance.com and cannot be rescheduled within a reasonable timeframe, you will be eligible for a full refund of the canceled session.

Lessons

Tutoring sessions may be canceled or rescheduled with respect to the following guidelines:

  1. 72 Hours or More Before Scheduled Start Time: Cancel with no fee. A full refund or rescheduling option is available.
  2. 36 to 72 Hours Before Scheduled Start Time: A 50% cancellation fee will be applied.
  3. Less Than 12 Hours Before Scheduled Start Time or No-Shows: The full session fee will be charged. A student is considered a no-show if more than 10 minutes late without prior notice.

 

Non-refundable

    1. The following are non-refundable:
    2. Digital study materials, NCLEX Predictor Exams, and downloadable content once accessed.
    3. Live tutoring sessions that were attended or missed without proper cancellation notice.
    4. Subscription services after any resource or session has been accessed.

Refunds procedure

To request a refund, please follow these steps:
            1. Email us at support@viulance.com with the subject line: "Refund Request.”
            2. Include your full name, order number, and a detailed explanation of the issue.
            3. Attach any supporting documents, such as payment receipts or screenshots
            4. Your request will be reviewed within 5–7 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days.

Note:

    1. Refund requests submitted after 7 days of purchase will not be considered.
    2. Viulance.com reserves the right to deny refund requests if there is evidence of misuse, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service
